WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and implement comprehensive business development strategies to position Wormhole Labs as the preferred partner for blockchain solutions.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with blockchain protocols, crypto startups, DAOs, and enterprise clients, driving adoption and integration of our solutions and services.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to support launches and align GTM strategies with client needs.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies.
- Build, manage, and execute a structured sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and successful deal closure.
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to deliver seamless client solutions and drive successful outcomes.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
- Experience: 2+ years in business development, sales, or strategy roles within blockchain, crypto, fintech, or SaaS industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, protocols, DeFi, and cross-chain solutions.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to derive actionable insights from data and apply them to drive strategy and decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who identifies opportunities, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Relationship Builder: Proven ability to cultivate and nurture high-value partnerships.

- Experience working with blockchain foundations, DAOs, DeFi companies, and protocols.
- Technical knowledge or hands-on experience with blockchain development tools.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Solscan, Etherscan, Dune Analytics, or similar tools.
