Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads and opportunities
- Lead negotiations and close agreements with potential clients
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, cold calls, lead generation, or a related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in strategic planning and execution
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in customer relationship management
