Job Summary & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to recruit new third-party sellers and expand product offerings across key categories.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard qualified sellers, ensuring a smooth setup process.
  • Manage ongoing seller relationships, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and performance improvement.
  • Negotiate and close new seller agreements in collaboration with senior management.
  • Analyze sales data, identify business opportunities, and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
  • Monitor marketplace trends and competitor activities to refine outreach and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, finance, and operations teams to improve seller experience and resolve issues.
  • Provide consistent pipeline updates, performance reports, and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in industry events and business development initiatives to strengthen Newegg’s brand presence and partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, marketplace sales, or e-commerce account management.
  • Experience with third-party provider platforms such as Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) or SalesCloud is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital sales strategies, and online retail ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and partnership goals.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a customer-centric mindset.
