You will:

  • ​​Identify and research potential leads through networking events and others;
  • Represent the company at different offline events and meetings;
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new clients for our services: web and app development, e-commerce, digital transformation, product design, and digital marketing;
  • Qualify leads through initial outreach and engagement, understanding their needs and challenges related to our services;
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system and manage your sales pipeline effectively;
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities;
  • Digital project management responsibilities (in case you are interested in becoming an Associate Partner in the future).

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales / procurement activities (2-3 years);
  • Experience with web / mobile app technologies (2-3 years);
  • Understanding of the lifecycle of web / mobile app project development;
  • Ability to efficiently delegate work to 1-2 people;
  • Ability to plan for short term and long term;
  • Ability to quickly establish a working relationship with new people;
  • Fluency in English language;
  • Upper intermediate level of Estonian language.
