About the Role:
REEA Global is looking for a client-facing, Business Development Leader who can credibly engage with operating partners and C-level executives at PE-backed firms and their portfolio companies. You’ll play a vital role in scaling warm intros into strategic engagements, complementing the efforts already underway by REEA ’s partners and senior team.
This is a hunter-gatherer role that requires a mix of strategic insight, technical fluency, customer empathy, and relentless execution. You’ll be the front-line ambassador, turning referrals and research into booked meetings and qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Warm outreach to portfolio companies of PE firms we’ve already engaged.
  • Smart prospecting within new mid-market PE firms and their portfolios.
  • Consistent email/LinkedIn follow-ups, personalized and grounded in real value props.
  • Map PE portfolios and identify high-probability prospects.
  • Collaborate internally to create tailored outreach strategies.
  • Customize outreach and positioning based on each firm’s portfolio and timing.
  • Align go-to-market angles with REEA ’s evolving service offerings and case studies.
  • Set up and sometimes lead first meetings with prospects and PE operating partners.
  • Brief internal leaders with context and positioning.
  • Document takeaways, define next steps, and ensure follow-up.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in business development, consulting, or technical sales
  • Experience engaging PE-backed companies or working with PE firms
  • Strong understanding of modern software development and AI applications
  • HubSpot (or similar CRM) expertise
  • Experience using AI tools for BD (e.g., research, outreach, personalization)
  • Prior consulting or solution sales experience is highly desirable
