The Business Development Coordinator will help support the business development team, ensuring the smooth execution of the deal process, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication with our teams and external partners. We offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic partnerships that shape the future of streaming media.
Responsibilities:Deal Management and Coordination
- Support the deal process by tracking the partnership pipeline, important milestones, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring all parties meet deadlines.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of partnership agreements, contacts, contracts, and related documents.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Schedule and Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and organize team meetings, partner calls, and executive briefings to ensure all partners are aligned and informed.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-up materials for business development meetings.
- Document and distribute meeting notes, highlighting main takeaways and action items.
Partner Communication and Support
- Be a primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and coordinating updates.
- Ensure efficient and accurate communication of partnership initiatives and deliverables.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, content, product, and operations teams to support the execution of partnership strategies.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing market research, data, and insights to inform partnership opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role within the media or entertainment industry.
- 2+ years of experience managing projects using various organizational tools.
- 2+ years of experience in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools (e.g., Tableau, Slack, Asana, or Trello).
