As a Business Development Coordinator, you will support the growth of HungryPanda’s business in your assigned area. You will work with merchant partners and internal teams to identify local opportunities, coordinate initiatives, and improve order growth, user growth, and customer experience. This part-time role calls for strong communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.

Support local business growth by monitoring merchant orders, user growth, and customer experience across your assigned area.
关注所负责区域的商家订单、用户增长及用户体验，支持本地业务持续发展。

Assess local market conditions and customer needs, propose practical initiatives, and coordinate their implementation.
结合商圈情况和用户需求，提出切实可行的运营及增长方案，并协调推动落地。

Work with existing merchant partners to identify opportunities to improve their performance, including promotions, customer experience, and local visibility.
与现有合作商家保持沟通，围绕营销活动、用户体验及本地曝光等方面，寻找提升经营表现的机会。

Consider customer needs across neighborhoods, product categories, and ordering times when recommending improvements to merchant operations.

Coordinate with Marketing, Delivery, and other internal teams to follow up on merchant needs and support healthy growth in the local market.

Share market feedback, customer insights, and progress updates with the team to help improve future initiatives.

Fluent Mandarin is required for day-to-day communication with merchants and internal teams.
普通话流利为必需条件，能够使用普通话与商家及内部团队进行日常沟通。

Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships with merchants and colleagues.
