SOCKET is looking for a Business Development chad to drive Bungee’s adoption, building high impact partnerships both on supply and demand side.
Role & ResponsibilitiesThe objective of this role is to drive adoption for SOCKET & Bungee Protocol, in this role you will:
- Lead Partnership Development
- Be at the forefront of our GTM strategy to grow SOCKET & Bungee
- You'll everything end to end: identifying, cultivating, and formalizing partnerships that scale our reach and impact.
- Be the primary representative with potential partners and navigate discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Own the sales process, including initial discovery, product demonstrations, and negotiations for potential clients.
- Maintain and Deepen Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing success and alignment.
- Gather feedback & insights to shape SOCKET & Bungee protocols roadmap.
- Iterate & Scale
- Experiment with strategies, tactics, and tools to identify what works and iterate to find scalable success
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around SOCKET & Bungee protocol
- You're technical enough to ask thoughtful questions and have open discussions with CTOs and founders.
- You’re organized and can manage & scale multiple projects at a time
- Strong product thinking
- You’re curious, low ego, and always looking to improve. You’re open to feedback and collaborating with others to get to the best approach.
- You have experience in crypto project or doing technical sales, business development or growth roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage multi-functional stakeholders
