Iron Mountain is seeking a driven, results-oriented Inbound Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team in our brand-new Tampa, Florida location.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

You will be a key member of a high-energy, ambitious sales team, playing a pivotal role in establishing and growing our new presence, deepening customer relationships, and contributing directly to the success of our Inside Sales function.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Own the Sales Cycle: Promptly respond to inbound inquiries (via phone, email, or chat), qualify prospects, and leverage consultative selling techniques to close sales opportunities, driving revenue growth.

  • Build Strategic Relationships: Proactively build and nurture customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organizational business objectives, ensuring follow-up through timely and strategic outreach.

  • Meet and Exceed Goals: Maintain a consistent sales pipeline in SFDC (Salesforce), accurately track and manage leads, regularly update sales forecasts, and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bilingual in Spanish & English strongly preferred.

  • 2+ years of inside sales or customer-facing Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a quota bearing role.

  • Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce), social selling tools (e.g., LinkedIn), and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).

  • Proven ability in problem-solving, negotiation, and consultative selling to uncover client needs, present tailored solutions, and successfully close deals.

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
