The Business Development & Sales Manager identifies new business opportunities, builds client relationships, and sells consulting services and technology solutions to drive revenue growth.
Dante is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our consulting services and technology solutions. This position requires a blend of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills to effectively convey the value of our offerings to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through various channels. Generate at least 3 Million Dollars in annual revenue.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client prospects to foster long-term partnerships.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and propose our solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to complete RFPs.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the President & CEO.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role within a technology or consulting environment.
- An established network of contacts
- Strong understanding of Cloud Native architecture and serverless solutions using the AWS cloud services platform.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and consulting services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Must have U.S. citizenship or Green Card.

Salary: $120,000 annual salary + commision
