Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the CEO and the cross functional teams on the planning, execution and evaluation of projects driven by the Senior management.
· Gather, analyze and manage information in order to facilitate strategic decision making.
· Regular interaction with top management to prioritize key decisions requiring the CEO’s direction and organize special forums/meetings when relevant.
· Assist the effective deployment of corporate strategy by assisting the KPI formulation and monitoring process by Interacting with top management and relevant functional leaders.
· Study the nature of the customer, analyze customer behavior, attend to their needs, facilitate visits by preparing business presentations and generating relevant documentation, reports/ summaries pertaining to same.
· Overseeing the planning and management of CEOs calendar.
Qualification and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field with a First Class or Upper Second-Class qualification.
· CIMA/CIM/ACCA qualification (will be an added advantage).
· Minimum 2 years of work experience.
· Analytical mind with high learning agility.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
· Power BI proficiency and dashboard creation knowledge are mandatory.
· Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
