Purpose: Postman Law’s increasing scale in the Personal Injury world creates an exciting opportunity to be data-driven at multiple levels. To take advantage of that opportunity, we are building analytics and insights horsepower to help drive the processes, behaviors, and outcomes that deliver great client experiences, speed to settlement, and larger client settlements. This role would report to the Director of Personal Injury Operations and work across the business to deliver on our goals to become a leading, technology-forward Personal Injury law firm.

This is a remote position. The successful candidate should be in the CST time zone or willing to work regular CST business hours. The compensation for this position, depending on experience, will be a base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus a year-end discretionary bonus and benefits.

Essential Functions:

  • Evaluate large datasets for quality and accuracy and perform advanced data analysis using applications or querying datasets to assess initial data quality. 
  • Assist with extracting, transforming, and loading data to enable data analyses.  
  • Build automations of routine and repeated tasks.  
  • Perform analyses to drive insights and improve client experience across the client journey. 
  • Collaborate with Operations team to optimize reporting systems and tools and ensure that analytics and insights are embedded in decision-making. 
  • Assist with developing dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Maintain, update, and build databases, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date data is available to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Abilities: 

  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel. 
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with Sigma and SalesForce. 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to multi-task and to work independently or as part of a team. 

Education/Experience: 

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis and/or business intelligence roles. 
  • College Degree required.   

Language Ability: 

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
