JOB SUMMARY

As a Brand Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with key industry partners, including creative professionals, streaming providers, and trade press. You will be the bridge that connects these strategic partners to Avid’s brand by curating and delivering compelling, aligned content. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive collaboration with creative partners and shape and reinforce Avid’s visibility, influence and growth in the media and entertainment industry. Reporting directly to VP Marketing, Brand & Content.

This is a highly visible role that requires a blend of relationship management, storytelling, industry expertise, and strategic thinking.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Create and maintain a brand messaging framework which includes corporate position and corporate brand campaign themes. 
  • Working alongside the creative director to ensure brand's image and message are aligned and consistently communicated across various collaborations and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external industry partners, streaming platforms, and content creators.
  • Develop and implement strategies for consistent, impactful engagement with industry influencers and collaborators that grows Avid’s brand presence and reputation.
  • Identify and pitch opportunities to align Avid’s brand with trending content and high-impact projects in trade press and other relevant media.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, artist relations, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency, alignment, and innovation across partner initiatives.
  • Represent Avid at industry events, fostering new relationships, reinforcing existing connections and amplifying our brand.
  • Monitor and report on success of collaborations in term of brand visibility or engagement
  • Manage budget in support of these collaborations?
  • Use these opportunities to develop content campaigns that align with marketing campaign roadmap.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, brand relations, or a related field within the entertainment industry.
  • Exceptional writing ability and solid strategy building experience a must.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and sustaining long-term professional relationships.
  • Strong understanding of entertainment and media industries a plus
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and an eye for identifying strategic opportunities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, campaign management, and CRM platforms is a plus.

US Pay Transparency Range $103,800.00 - $129,750.00
