Job Description

Fabletics is currently looking for a Brand Marketing Coordinator.

As a Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions across multiple channels. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure marketing materials and site assets are delivered accurately and on time. You’ll also assist with research and reporting to help inform strategy and drive marketing effectiveness.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns by partnering with creative, digital, and merchandising teams

  • Coordinate site briefs, shot lists, and creative asset delivery to ensure accurate implementation of marketing initiatives

  • Assist in tracking and organizing project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to help inform marketing strategies

  • Maintain and update the brand marketing calendar to ensure teams are aligned on key launches and initiatives

  • Help gather and compile performance data and campaign recaps to support reporting and optimization
     

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in digital or e-commerce environments

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field

  • Experience or interest in retail, apparel, or direct-to-consumer brands is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) is a plus

  • A positive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams

*Varied for retail, fulfillment and fully remote roles. 

The hourly range for this position is from $28.85- $31.25/hr. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered hourly rate will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
