About KeyMik

KeyMik is a marketing agency and growth platform that helps brands, creators, influencers, and businesses grow through digital marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, content creation, brand partnerships, events, and technology-driven marketing solutions.

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Brand Manager to help build, manage, and grow the KeyMik brand while supporting branding initiatives for our agency clients.



Position Summary

The Brand Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing brand strategies that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and market positioning. This role works closely with the Head of Brand Management and collaborates across marketing, creative, sales, influencer marketing, and client success teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on project management and has a passion for building brands that connect with audiences.



Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
  • Execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels.

  • Support the development of brand positioning and messaging.

  • Manage brand campaigns from planning through execution.

  • Ensure all customer touchpoints reflect KeyMik's brand standards.

Client Brand Management

Support branding projects for agency clients by:

  • Assisting with brand discovery sessions.

  • Conducting market and competitor research.

  • Developing brand messaging and positioning.

  • Coordinating rebranding initiatives.

  • Managing brand implementation across marketing channels.

  • Ensuring brand consistency across client campaigns.

Campaign & Content Management
  • Coordinate branded marketing campaigns.

  • Review marketing materials for brand compliance.

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and content creators.

  • Help develop case studies, presentations, and sales collateral.

  • Manage content calendars for brand initiatives.

Brand Monitoring & Research
  • Monitor brand performance and reputation.

  • Track customer feedback and market trends.

  • Analyze competitor activity.

  • Identify opportunities to improve brand perception and engagement.

  • Recommend enhancements based on data and customer insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

  • Marketing

  • Creative Design

  • Sales

  • Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

  • Events

  • Client Success

  • Operations

to ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Project Management
  • Manage multiple branding projects simultaneously.

  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals.

  • Work with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Reporting & Analytics

Track and report on:

  • Brand awareness

  • Campaign performance

  • Customer engagement

  • Social media metrics

  • Website traffic

  • Brand sentiment

  • Client satisfaction

  • Project performance

Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.



RequirementsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.

  • Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Experience working with creative teams and marketing campaigns.
