What you will do

Role Scope:

1. Execution Leadership (vs. Strategic Leadership by MM)

  • Translate strategy set by MM into actionable campaign plans and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Act as the execution owner of campaigns, ensuring timelines, consistency, and coordination
  • Provide structured feedback to refine strategies based on execution realities

2. Cross-Functional Integration

  • Drive day-to-day collaboration across e-commerce, media, PR, and sales teams
  • Align stakeholders on execution priorities and resolve operational issues
  • Ensure resources are effectively integrated to maximize campaign reach

3. Data-Driven Decision Support

  • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
  • Recommend optimization actions to improve ROI and efficiency
  • Support faster and more informed decision-making
