Seeking an experienced Brand Integrations & Sponsorship Sales lead (independent contractor) to originate, pursue, and close revenue-generating brand integrations and sponsorship deals for an ongoing digital content series.

This is a direct revenue role focused on securing paid brand integrations. It is not a strategy, influencer marketing, or campaign management position. The ideal candidate has a track record of personally sourcing and closing deals, existing brand and/or agency relationships, and the ability to build a pipeline through outbound outreach.

Responsibilities
• Source and close brand partnership and integration deals
• Drive outbound outreach to brands and agencies
• Leverage existing relationships to generate opportunities
• Lead deals from initial contact through negotiation and close
• Develop and pitch integration concepts aligned with content and audience
• Collaborate with production to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain pipeline tracking and outreach reporting

Qualifications
• Proven track record of personally sourcing and closing brand partnerships or sponsorship deals
• Existing relationships with brand and/or agency decision-makers
• Comfortable owning full deal cycle: outreach through close
• Strong outbound skills (cold and warm outreach)
• Highly self-directed and results-driven

Preferred (not required)
• Experience with YouTube or longform content integrations
• Experience with family-friendly and/or LGBTQIA+ audiences

Compensation
• Independent contractor (1099)
• Commission-based or hybrid (base plus commission), tied to deals closed
