Brand Engagement Manager

The Role 

WME is seeking a Manager, Brand Engagement to lead the strategy and execution of best-in-class internal and external experiences across our offices and brand activations. This role is responsible for delivering a hospitality-driven workplace experience that elevates employee engagement, supports our brand, and creates meaningful moments for employees, clients, and partners. 

This individual will bring a service-first mindset, exceptional operational rigor, and a passion for creating memorable experiences modeled after leading hospitality, and lifestyle brands. 

Key Responsibilities 

Employee Experience 

  • Manage employee engagement initiatives that enhance the in-office experience and foster connection, culture, and belonging. 
  • Deliver a hospitality-driven workplace experience modeled after best-in-class hotel and restaurant environments. 
  • Establish and maintain service, quality, and operational standards for in-office events and hospitality operations. 

Brand Experiences 

  • Oversee the planning and execution of external brand events, including: 
    • Client Activations 
    • Client and Brand Dinners 
    • Client Off-sites 
  • Manage logistics and oversee interdepartmental execution of screening room events.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and elevated guest experiences aligned with WME’s brand and reputation. 

Workplace Operations & Brand Experience 

  • Partner closely with Facilities teams to support day-to-day building operations while maintaining an employee-first lens. 
  • Ensure workplace design, amenities, and signage align with WME brand standards and aesthetic expectations. 
  • Support office experience-related vendors, including: 
  • Restaurant  + Pantry Operator 
  • Reception Services 
  • Catering Partners 

Budgeting, Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for all internal and external events. 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on how the WME brand shows up on-site in offices and across events. 
  • Partner with Marketing on the ideation and execution of activations that support client projects and brand initiatives. 

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, events, operations, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience managing complex events and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong hospitality mindset with an eye for detail, service excellence, and elevated guest experience. 
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills. 
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills, particularly with Facilities and Marketing teams. 
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and multiple priorities simultaneously. 

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$75,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:
