- Bring creative, strategy, production, media, and legal together around a clear plan, keeping everyone aligned, accountable, and moving in the same direction.
- Protect the integrity of the work from brief to launch, guiding it through client feedback, budget pressure, and shifting timelines without letting it get watered down.
- Understand the client's business deeply, identify new opportunities, and grow the relationship through smart, proactive thinking.
- Build and track project budgets, scopes of work, and estimates, ensuring profitability for the agency and value for the client.
- Know the status of schedules, deliverables, and approvals at all times, anticipating problems before they become surprises.
- Ensure contracts, usage terms, licensing, and union requirements are handled correctly, minimizing risk for both the agency and the client.
- Make sound decisions under tight deadlines, balancing speed with quality when the window to act is short.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in account leadership, brand management, or client services, with a mix of agency and brand-side (in-house or client) experience.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end production, from brief and creative development through shoot, post-production, and delivery.
- Experience building and managing budgets, scopes of work, and project financials.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, production, and legal.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to sell in work and push back with senior stakeholders.
