About this opportunity:
We are looking for IMS Operations Engineer to join our Managed Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and support of IMS, CS, UDC, and Fixed Network domains, ensuring service continuity, network stability, and operational excellence through effective second-line support and troubleshooting.
What you will do:
    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Voice Core and IMS operations and support.
    • Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, LTE, IMS, and EPC network architectures, protocols, and signaling flows.
    • Solid knowledge of 3GPP standards and telecom protocols, including SIP, Diameter, BICC, SIGTRAN, CAMEL, MAP, and related technologies.
    • Hands-on experience with Ericsson Core and IMS products, including:

    (MSC, STP, DSC, SBG, CSCF, MTAS, IPWORKS, EME, HLR, HSS, CUDB,UPG)
    • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including morning, evening, and night activities when required.
    • Strong customer focus, ownership, accountability, and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in critical operational situations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation tools.
  • Experience with Python or other programming languages is considered a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to network automation, DevOps practices, or AI-driven operational tools is a plus.
