Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst  to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate, efficient customer invoicing as well as maintaining data integrity related to rates and revenue captured within the corporate databases, while promoting a world-class customer experience.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Research and Issue Resolution: Research and analyze billing-related issues, providing daily support to internal and external customers as required based on the assigned portfolio of accounts.

  • Data Integrity and Standardization: Analyze billing information to provide recommendations and data to ensure accurate translation of contract and billing information into applicable systems. Work to enforce the company’s standardization objectives while ensuring there is no revenue impact to the business.

  • Specialized Billing Management: Manage specialized billing arrangements and processes that require escalated attention and intervention in order to drive on-time payment. Manage electronic invoicing processes and analyze invoicing files and data.

  • Reporting and Customer Service: Prepare, maintain, and distribute billing reports as required. Maintain consistent, prompt, and accurate service levels to promote a world-class customer experience.

  • Continuous Improvement Leadership: Provide ideas and leadership to address future requirements within the customer portfolio, striving to uncover opportunities for synergizing collective efforts across billing and GBS tasks, including miscellaneous billing projects/responsibilities as assigned by management.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, process modeling, and documentation.

  • Proven ability in translating business needs into technical requirements, strong facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • High attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
