Dynatrace, the global leader in Software Intelligence, is hiring a Sales Coordinator to join our high-performing Sales Operations team. We're looking for a sharp, hands-on professional who's ready to support a growing sales org and make a big impact.
What you'll do:
  • Serve as a trusted resource to Sales and Sales Leadership, supporting the sales process and handling internal workflows and Salesforce inquiries.
  • Collaborate across departments (Finance, Legal, Product, Partners, Deal Desk, etc.) to drive smooth, timely deal cycles.
  • Proactively communicate updates and reduce operational noise so sellers can focus on selling.
  • Gather feedback from sales and partner teams to recommend process and system enhancements to Sales Ops leadership.
  • Organize trainings and regular meetings with AEs and Sales Managers to keep operations running smoothly.

This is a remote role. To be considered, you must live in one of the following states (no exceptions):
Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, or Wisconsin.
What will help you succeed
Minimum requirements:
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Must reside in the Central Time Zone.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Support, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience supporting Account Executives or sales teams.
  • High emotional intelligence with a strong "customer-first" attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who is adaptable and solution-oriented.

Compensation and rewards
  • The base salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
  • Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system.
  • We also offer medical/dental benefits and a company-matched 401(k) plan for retirement.
