- 5+ years of experience in a Lead Software Engineering role
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Orchestration
Preferred requirements
- Strong technical understanding of observability, AIOps, cloud-native architectures
- Demonstrated experience conducting competitive analysis or market research and translating findings into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in explaining complex technical topics clearly and persuasively
- Ability to dissect competitor positioning, pricing modes, architectural trade-offs, and feature gaps
- Familiarity with market observability solutions
