Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in both English and the target language to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat in both English and the target language.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with order processing, product inquiries, and general account maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and the target language (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed.
