Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit luxury boutiques in designated airports and provide feedback on the shopping experience.
  • Observe and evaluate the quality of customer service, product presentation, and overall ambiance.
  • Submit thorough and honest feedback to assist brands in refining their customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Frequent traveler with an eye for luxury and discerning attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for providing clear, impactful feedback.
  • Willingness to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
