Job Description

Fabletics is looking for a B2B Systems & Operations Sr Manager.

How do you fit in?

This role owns how our B2B business actually works—connecting systems, processes, and teams to enable scalable growth across wholesale, partnerships, and emerging channels. You will define and operationalize the B2B operating model, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities across ERP, OMS, WMS, and product data platforms.

You are not building systems—you are making them work for the business.

This role requires a highly cross-functional operator who can translate complexity into structure, drive execution across teams, and create scalable solutions in a fast-moving environment.

This role will report to the Sr. Director, Business Planning & Development.

What you will do:

  • Define and drive the B2B operating model across order lifecycle, fulfillment, and partner workflows to support scalable growth

  • Translate business needs into structured requirements and partner closely with Product and Engineering to deliver system-enabled solutions

  • Align systems (ERP, OMS, WMS, PLM/PIM) with business processes to reduce manual work, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve reliability.

  • Manage cross-functional programs end-to-end, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution across Operations, Tech, Finance, and Merchandising

  • Establish repeatable frameworks for partner onboarding, channel expansion, and operational consistency across regions and platforms

  • Provide visibility into initiatives, drive accountability, and influence stakeholders to ensure progress and alignment across teams

  • Frequently responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees.

What you can bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business systems roles within retail, wholesale, or supply chain environments

  • Deep experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, OMS, WMS, PLM/PIM) and translating business needs into scalable solutions

  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution

  • Strong understanding of B2B/wholesale operations, including order lifecycle, fulfillment, and partner workflows

  • Demonstrated ability to balance speed, scalability, and operational complexity while driving measurable outcomes

  • Advanced knowledge of retail or wholesale industry operations, with extensive prior experience in systems-driven environments

  • Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to identify process improvements, automate manual work, and enhance business outcomes

  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation

Where we are:

  • This role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
