Dario is seeking a results-oriented B2B Marketing Manager with ~4 years of experience to drive go-to-market execution, demand generation, and brand stewardship. This individual will play a key role in building awareness and accelerating adoption among payers, employers, consultants and channel partners
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, social media, events, webinars and thought leadership content syndication.
- Develop targeted messaging for payers, employers, consultants and channel partners.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Partner with sales to build programs that generate qualified leads and shorten sales cycles.
- Own MQL production and pipeline value contribution KPI’s.
Content Development
- Create compelling collateral (case studies, white papers, pitch decks, etc.) tailored to market segments.
- Translate solution components and features into buyer-centric value propositions.
Market Insights
- Conduct competitive/market research on digital health therapeutic competitors and payer/employer dynamics.
- Capture customer feedback and market signals to inform positioning and campaign refinement.
Events & Thought Leadership
- Support conference and webinar strategies with opportunities to showcase expertise and build brand credibility.
- Fuel thought leadership content production and amplify executive/customer voices through digital channels, earned media and speaking opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product and customer success teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Support sales enablement with tools and training materials.
Requirements
- 4 year's experience in B2B healthcare marketing in digital health products and services.
- Strong understanding of risk-bearing entity (payors, self-insured employers, etc.) market dynamics and healthcare solution adoption decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success running demand gen campaigns and measuring ROI.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to write, generating on-brand, persuasive content.
- Experience with HubSpot marketing automation, Salesforce CRM and other related platforms.
- Creative, highly detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple priorities.
