In this position, you will be part of the team building a best-in-class application modernization and AI NLP platform. Learn and grow using AWS Infrastructure, DevOps, Agile Scrum, and an incremental delivery philosophy with highly supportive peers constantly sharing subject matter expertise.

What you'll be doing:

  • Implement and maintain best-in-class cloud-based solutions in AWS using infrastructure as code.

  • Deploy, setup, and run infrastructure configurations for various AWS services.

  • Engage with technical stakeholders, including but not limited to, application development, AI/ML engineering, networking, infrastructure, information security, risk, enterprise identity and access management, and security operations.

  • Enable and optimize the automation of application, AI/ML, and infrastructure environments.

  • Design and implement infrastructure to support AI/ML workloads on AWS Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker, including model training, deployment, monitoring, and scaling.

  • Collaborate with data science and AI engineering teams to provision secure, scalable, and cost-efficient environments for generative AI and machine learning solutions.

  • Be part of a team where you collaborate to build cloud infrastructure, with an understanding of AMI, Containers and serverless functions.

  • Manage EKS clusters including deployment pipelines, tuning, and troubleshooting

  • Develop, maintain and improve continuous integration/continuous delivery (Cl/CD) pipelines for delivering features, fixes and system updates in development, integration and production environments.

  • Implement Amazon CloudWatch, ELK, Splunk to provide continuous monitoring capabilities, track all aspects of the system, infrastructure, performance, application errors and roll up metrics.

  • Proactively apply security updates, OS and library patches, and compliance controls to keep infrastructure and AI/ML environments up to date and aligned with organizational security standards.

  • Analyze functional and non-functional business requirements, translate them into technical operational requirements, and propose Cl/CD pipelines with tools and plugins.

  • Making a big impact as part of a mid-sized team that's pushing boundaries.

What you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related discipline

  • 8+ years of experience in setting up GitLab/Jenkins based Continuous integration/Continuous Deployment (Cl/CD) Pipelines with integration with open source plugins.

  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps/Agile/Scrum environments and development.

  • 5+ years of strong implementation background and experience with AWS Services (Preferably: Lambdas, step functions , route53 , Transit Gateway, AWS Firewall,  Application Load balancers , SES, Docker, S3, ECS , SQS, VPC, QuickSight, IAM, EC2, RDS, API Gateway, CloudFront, Connect).

  • 3+ years of experience writing infrastructure as code using Terraform, and Ansible

  • 3+ years of experience with identifying and implementing automation for CI/CD.

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture, cloud migrations, applications development, networking, security, storage, and analytics.

  • 2+ years of experience integrating with leading packages ServiceNow and/or Okta.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience provisioning and supporting AI/ML workloads on AWS, including SageMaker, Bedrock, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust.

  • MUST RESIDE in the United States (U.S.), and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.

  • US Citizen or Permanent Lawful Resident (Green Card Holder) due to federal contract requirements.

What we'd like you to have:

  • Design and implement automated monitoring capabilities to generate dashboards with trends, useful messages, and immediate notifications, and provide real-time metrics using ELK or similar services.

  • Knowledge of multi-account architecture, leveraging tools such as AWS Control Tower, SCPs, GuardRails, and Transit Gateways.

  • Shall possess AWS Solution Architect (Associate or Pro) certification.

  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures such as NIST, FISMA, FedRamp and Common Criteria regulations and standards.

  • Familiar with federal government security requirements (FedRAMP, FISMA, ATO, Zero Trust, etc.

  • Working knowledge of key AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3,CloudFront, Route 53, SES,  RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, and Eventbridge.

  • Exposure to MLOps practices such as automated model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$98,124.00 - $166,810.00
