Help dealers get onboarded faster by ensuring documentation is accurate the first time. In this role, your analysis and clear communication will remove friction for Sales and business partners. You will balance speed and precision while keeping service level commitments front and center. If you enjoy detail-driven work with visible business impact, this role is for you.

As a Business Operations Analyst in the Dealer Sign-up team within Chase Auto Business Analytics and Solutions, you review dealer onboarding forms to identify discrepancies and help ensure a clean document package. You will help us meet service level agreements by tracking requests, monitoring queues, and escalating issues when needed. You will work closely with Sales and cross-functional leaders to speed completion of onboarding and reduce rework. We value collaboration, continuous improvement, and clear communication that helps our partners act quickly.

Job responsibilities
  • Track and monitor incoming onboarding requests to ensure timely action and completion
  • Monitor queues and manage work to support service level agreement adherence
  • Analyze dealer forms to identify discrepancies and document required corrections
  • Communicate discrepancies to Sales and partners to obtain clean, complete documentation
  • Perform peer reviews to validate documentation accuracy and protect the firm’s interests
  • Prepare and distribute reports that explain trends, volumes, and drivers of performance
  • Communicate with cross-functional leaders to remove blockers and expedite onboarding completion
  • Identify process gaps and propose operational improvements to reduce errors and rework
  • Document findings, actions taken, and recommendations for business partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Knowledge of the auto finance industry
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in documentation review work
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify process improvement needs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all leadership levels
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to document findings clearly
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics in non-technical terms and present sensitive issues appropriately
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Experience performing data analysis and creating business reporting
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify trends and drivers from operational data
  • Comfort translating complex scenarios into clear, actionable summaries for business partners
