Position Summary: 

The Attorney Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between the imaging company and law firms, attorneys, and legal professionals. This role ensures smooth communication, timely delivery of imaging services, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Attorney Liaison will manage client relationships, coordinate case-related imaging needs, and provide exceptional customer service to support litigation and legal processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the main liaison between attorneys, paralegals, and internal imaging teams. 

  • Coordinate and schedule imaging services for legal cases, including medical imaging requests, record retrieval, and secure delivery of files. 

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy regulations. 

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all attorney interactions, requests, and case details. 

  • Provide status updates and resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction. 

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of imaging orders. 

  • Educate attorneys and legal staff on company services, processes, and technology platforms. 

  • Assist with billing inquiries and ensure proper invoicing for legal clients. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and strengthen attorney relationships. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; legal or healthcare background a plus. 

  • Experience:  

  • 2+ years in a liaison, client services, or legal support role. 

  • Familiarity with medical imaging processes and legal documentation preferred. 

  • Skills:  

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems. 

  • Knowledge:  

  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and legal confidentiality standards.
