Job Duties: Conduct advanced modeling, including financial modeling to derive at valuation and due diligence. Develop understanding of BlackRock's P&L and the markets. Synthesize complex market, operational, and organizational data into actional insights. Develop and deliver presentations and written materials for various audiences. Build models and utilize industry databases for market analysis. Scope out project and workstreams, defining key timelines, milestones, and stakeholders to ensure high quality and timely outputs. Coordinate multi stakeholder projects across global teams, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or foreign equivalent and 36 months of experience in job offered or closely related role. Position requires three years of experience in the following skills: Financial Modeling and Valuation using methods that include DCF analysis, multiples, transaction comparables; Build advanced financial data models using PowerBI and Excel, induding Macabacus, Power Pivot & Data Analysis ToolPak, and Solver; Organize and leverage large sets of data to extract meaningful insights and results to support recommendations, e.g., survey using Qualtrics Prepare presentations and written materials using PowerPoint, induding ThinkCell; Utilize industry databases, including Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Pitchbook, Preqin, Broadridge, Cerulli or and McKinsey Cube for competitive and market analysis; Project Management skills, including planning, coordinating, and tracking deliverables across cross-functional teams; and Knowledge of the financial services industry, induding investment management concept.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$135,500.00 - USD$137,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
