The Enterprise Delivery Finance Technology and Corporate Systems organization at CVS Health plays a pivotal role in supporting the financial and corporate functions across all lines of business, including healthcare, retail, and pharmacy services.

Our financial platform, built on best-in-class technologies, serves as the enterprise financial backbone, enabling business-critical processes such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Billing, Invoicing, Payments, Reconciliation, Purchasing, Accounting, Expense Management, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Tax, Investment/Pension Management, Treasury, and Retail Sales. This platform is essential for both our internal customers and external partners.

Our Corporate Systems areas provide mission-critical services to ensure the efficient operation of our enterprise. These services encompass a wide range of processes, including Corporate Security, Inventory Management, Asset Management, Compliance/Ethics/Legal Management, and Tracking and Planning.

As a Developer on our Finance Technology team, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our business partners to develop and implement new capabilities that serve both internal and external customers. Our financial and corporate system processes are built on a diverse array of best-in-class technologies and platforms, including various programming languages, multiple cloud platforms, databases, and leading financial backbone systems.
In this hands-on technology role, you will be responsible for developing critical initiatives for CVS Health. You will work on delivering technology solutions in a fast-paced environment, building and maintaining trusted relationships with peer groups and business partners along the way.

• Developing key technology initiatives that support CVS Health’s financial and corporate systems.
• Utilizing a wide range of technologies, including new technologies like AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and advanced analytics, to build innovative solutions.

Other required qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in building software applications.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, and SQL. Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
 

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge and/or experience with one or more cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning principles, with a willingness to explore and apply these technologies in practical scenarios.
• Proficiency in Generative AI (GenAI) prompt engineering, with the ability to create and optimize prompts for AI models.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$29.72 - $65.36

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
