Job OverviewThe Associate SEO Manager will support the growth of organic search performance across T-Mobile’s digital properties. In this role, you’ll collaborate with SEO Managers and cross-functional partners to execute optimizations, conduct research, and deliver insights that drive measurable results across multiple lines of business. You’ll help identify opportunities to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions through data-driven recommendations, competitive analysis, and test-and-learn initiatives. Your ability to connect data insights with actionable next steps will play a key role in telling the story of how organic search contributes to T-Mobile’s business goals, today and into the future.

*** This position must be located in Bellevue, WA, Atlanta, GA, Overland Park, KS, New York, NY or Herndon, VA. This is not a remote role. This is a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the team in executing the holistic SEO roadmap to expand T-Mobile’s organic search presence and rankings across Google, YouTube, Bing and other social platforms
Work cross-functionally on all aspects of SEO including keyword research, content strategy, and implementation of on-page SEO tactics
Assist with larger analytics projects, providing expertise in problem analysis, solution implementation, and ongoing optimization
Develop relevant and consistent reporting and data visualizations to support business conversations and decisions
Evangelize SEO best practices and mindset across the enterprise and be a trusted resource for cross-functional teams
Work with partner teams to gather and define enterprise reporting and analysis goals
Identify trends and insights on search behavior from engines, user behavior, and competitive analysis
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field and/or commensurate combination of education and experience
1–3 years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house) or a closely related digital marketing/analytics role
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Foundational knowledge across technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy, with an understanding of how organic search supports broader marketing and acquisition goals
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, STAT, or enterprise-level SEO platforms (e.g., Botify)
Experience with Adobe Analytics, GA4, Tableau, and other analytics platforms.
Comfort analyzing data and translating performance metrics into actionable insights and recommendations
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns, diagnose issues, and uncover growth opportunities
Clear and confident communicator who can collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
A growth mindset and curious about the evolving search landscape, eager to learn, test, and innovate in a fast-moving environment
Familiarity with paid media principles, content management systems, and/or web analytics integrations (Preferred)
Experience with app store optimization and aligning web and app experiences (Preferred)
