Responsibilities of the Associate Sales Specialist:
- Communicate directly with customers on a daily basis
- Directly market and sell products and services to qualified customers
- Ensure sales are completed according to compliance standards
- Keep records of all customer interactions and completed sales
- Attend daily Sales & Marketing campaign meetings to set Associate Brand Manager goals
- Assist in maintaining a positive and uplifting company culture
Requirements of the Associate Sales Specialist:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree or higher education certificate is highly preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, marketing, or other customer service-related fields
- A want to learn something new and take on a challenge
- Being self-driven is a huge plus
- Proficient communication skills are a must
- Able to work with both customers and Associate Brand Manager team members

This is an on-site position in Corona California. To qualify for the position you must be able to relocate within the next two weeks post application and interviewing.
