Job Description

Successful candidates reside in San Antonio, Texas.  

 

We are looking for a talented individual… 

To join our team as an Associate Program Manager! A successful candidate will be energetic and an outgoing leader for our team. Associate Program Managers are responsible for all phases of client programs from inception to completion. You will be primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and performance.

You’re a great fit if you can… ​​ 

  • Manage commercial programs with a projected annual revenue of $1M-$3M 

  • Execute contracts for compliance and client satisfaction 

  • Understand client preferences and program deliverables 

  • Negotiate contracts 

  • Supervise direct and secondary line staff of the program delivery team  

  • Manage matrix-style functional direction of support resources for program delivery 

  • Drive, manage, monitor, and report the timely delivery of program results 

  • Ensure and facilitate the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction 

  • Direct management and development of program staff in San Antonio office 

  • Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software development) 

  • Develop program processes and make recommendations for improvement 

  • Review technical documents prior to client delivery (Project Scope, Manual and Associated Documents). 

  • Assemble data for invoicing and project reporting activities. 

  • Identify and escalate program issues in a timely manner to the appropriate level of management 

 

Exciting candidates have…​​ 

  • Relevant DSM (energy efficiency/demand response) work experience a plus 

  • 2+ years project management experience (5+ for Program Manager role) 

  • 2+ years people management experience  

  • Self-starter with a positive and outgoing outlook and personality 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 

  • Strong customer service experience and focus 

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the following Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook 

  • Salesforce/CRM proficiency a plus 

  • Experience incentivizing energy efficiency programs a plus 

Compensation Range

$76,100.00 - $114,200.00
