Figs is hiring an Associate, Product Creation Operations to own and optimize our apparel and accessories go-to-market (GTM) product creation calendar, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and ensure we deliver best-in-class products on time. This role sits at the center of Merchandising, Design, Technical Design, Sourcing, and Materials, turning complex timelines and data into clear actions, visibility, and momentum for the business. This role will report into the Director, GTM Strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain apparel and accessories go-to-market calendars supporting all product functions and special projects, reacting quickly to evolving business needs and time constraints
- Manage daily operations for the Product Creation team: communicate and follow up on key due dates during weekly POD meetings, schedule GTM touchpoints and milestone meetings, assess risks and impacts of delays, and elevate to leadership as needed
- Anticipate creative workload and calendar impact by proactively assessing how shifting deadlines or new initiatives affect Product Creation timelines and proposing solutions or adjustments to keep teams on track
- Assist with milestone meeting logistics, including room preparation, sample organization, fit model scheduling, and tracking key follow-ups
- Work with cross-functional partners on process gaps and improvements by supporting SOP creation, documenting best practices, and facilitating new process implementation
- Capture and report KPIs related to calendar adherence
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to create and streamline reporting tools that support the Product Creation team
- Manage vendor newsletters to communicate critical information regarding process changes and standard implementation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Development, or Sourcing within Apparel, Accessories or Footwear
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle (ideation, line planning, sketching, pre-development, design handoffs, prototyping, and production)
- Knowledge of general development timelines, including sampling turn times, material lead times, and factory/mill calendar impacts
- Familiarity with garment production processes (for example, purchase order placement, bulk material ordering, PP sampling)
- Proficiency with Centric or similar PLM platforms (preferred)
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI applications for reporting (preferred)
- Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables (preferred)

FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $75,000 and $85,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
