What You’ll Do 

As an Associate Partnership Manager, you’ll support growth and retention efforts in large, complex school districts by executing defined school-level activities. You’ll help generate interest, support lead conversion, and reinforce relationships at the site level—all while learning and growing in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Execute outreach at individual school sites to generate interest
  • Assist in expanding Edmentum’s presence in targeted districts 
  • Attend education conferences to collect and qualify leads 
  • Conduct follow-up outreach using provided messaging and templates 
  • Use research tools to support targeted outreach strategies 
  • Participate in site-level campaigns to support renewals 
  • Represent Edmentum at Back to School Institutes and district events 

 Who You Are 

  • You have experience in education sales, customer success, or school-level engagement 
  • You are a strong communicator and team player 
  • You are comfortable traveling to school sites and conferences 
  • You have a basic understanding of research and analysis 
  • You are eager to learn and follow established processes 
  • You are familiar with CRM tools or willing to learn 
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and adapt quickly 
  • You are collaborative and enjoy working with others 
  • You are passionate about education and student success 
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs 
  • Reside in Southeast USA (Preferably AL)

Pay range for this role:
$60,000$75,000 USD

At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
