About AgelessRx

AgelessRx is a first-of-its-kind, longevity-focused telehealth platform with an e-commerce component. Our mission is to collectively give people millions of extra healthy years, so everyone can enjoy more of what they love in a world where people are empowered to live as long as they want. We believe aging should no longer be treated as a dreadful inevitability, but instead, as a puzzle that can be solved, a fight that can be fought – just as a disease with a cure. Through our free-to-use platform, we offer trusted, data-driven longevity solutions and scientifically backed prescription therapies to help safely lower the risk of age-related diseases.

About the role

AgelessRx's Lifecycle Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in the Marketing vertical by using targeted lifecycle marketing strategies to increase subscription growth, improve customer retention, and enhance engagement. In collaboration with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, you will assist in the implementation of comprehensive campaigns across a variety of channels, including email, SMS, and other channels. Additionally, you will work closely with various internal teams and the email marketing agency to optimize conversion, retention rates, and LTV by leveraging personalized messaging and audience segmentation strategies based on product data.

The ideal candidate will have successful experience in lifecycle marketing (preferably in the telehealth, healthcare, health/wellness, or other regulated space), CRM management, strong analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies, as well as proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Braze) and A/B testing.

What you'll do

  • From design and setup to deployment of marketing emails on Braze, manage the campaign production pipeline while working closely with key stakeholders and agency POCs.
  • Own campaign planning and execution end-to-end, serving as lead from content briefing and deployment to QA, reporting, and optimization.
  • Establish and maintain audience lists to ensure proper segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • Perform QA on current and upcoming campaigns to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and technical capabilities.
  • Manage email marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with content calendar, product launches, and organizational priorities.
  • Build, monitor, and refine automated lifecycle flows to increase engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to drive continuous improvement across both one-off campaigns and automated flows.
  • Build, monitor, and report on monthly promotional emails to drive optimization efforts across lifecycle.
  • Work closely with Lifecycle Marketing Manager to identify and optimize audience segmentation strategies using product data to deliver personalized experiences to give our customers the right message at the right time.
  • Work closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and execute email marketing roadmap that focuses on conversions, retention, growth, and win-back.
  • Customize messaging for onboarding, retention, and win-backs based on the customer journey and areas of largest impact.
  • Analyze customer data and campaign metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Partner with the Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to optimize customer experience and messaging.
  • Analyze weekly reporting of Braze and customer metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, or future testing roadmap opportunities to drive impact on LCM.
  • Maintain a focus on the customer journey while implementing dunning strategies to reduce involuntary churn or abandonment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years in SaaS lifecycle marketing, ideally in health or wellness
  • Experience with audience segmentation and personalized messaging based on health factors
  • Proven ability to build end-to-end email and SMS campaigns using industry best practices
  • Hands-on experience creating customer journeys in Braze
  • Skilled in A/B testing across segments and presenting insights for stakeholders
  • Background in healthcare/health/wellness SaaS marketing strongly preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in LCM analytics and reporting tools

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
