About the Role

As our next Associate Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face and voice of Aurora Consumer. You’ll engage with potential customers, assess their property’s suitability for solar installation, and guide them through an exciting journey toward energy independence. In this role, you’ll not only educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy but also become a trusted advisor throughout their decision-making process. You’ll be the primary liaison between our customers and local solar installer partners, ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience for everyone involved. This role is on-site in Lehi, UT.


Your Impact  

  • Deliver compelling virtual sales presentations via Zoom, clearly demonstrating the value of solar energy and addressing customer inquiries with confidence

  • Evaluate property suitability for solar installation by asking targeted questions and providing expert guidance to ensure a seamless customer journey

  • Efficiently manage all required sales documents using Aurora’s proprietary software, ensuring compliance and a smooth sales process

  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships by following up on leads, nurturing referral opportunities, and consistently providing exceptional customer service

  • Serve as the key contact between consumers and our local solar installer partners, fostering strong collaborations that drive successful installations

  • Represent and embody the Aurora Solar Vision and Mission, championing our commitment to a sustainable energy future

What You Bring

  • Comfortable using MS Office, G Suite, CRMs, and virtual sales platforms to drive productivity and enhance customer interactions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with diverse customers and team members

  • Exceptional attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills to keep the sales process running smoothly

  • A flexible approach with the ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed

  • A results-driven, self-directed individual eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a dynamic environment

  • Prior inside sales and solar industry experience

Nice to Haves

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish to effectively serve a diverse customer base

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts to complement your sales expertise
