YOU

As an Associate Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for servicing the customer by handling all types of customer problems and request as well as processing orders. You will be training on our products in order to answer customer questions as well.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (% of Time)

Answering the queue phone and providing customers with requested information. (pricing, ship dates, …)  Input orders into the computer. (80%)

Provide technical help when able. (20%)

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
  • Customer service experience a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Outlook, excel, MS Word, and similar computer programs.
  • Accountability & Dependability: Able to consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance.
  • Mathematical Reasoning: Able to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, percentages and decimal equivalents.
  • Reading Comprehension: Able to read and write simple correspondence and able to follow instructions.
  • Analysis / Reasoning: Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to quickly and effectively solve customer problems.
  • Communication: Able to communicate one-on-one and in small group settings and in a team atmosphere.

TRAVEL REQUIRED

This job does not normally require travel, but it may come up for training purposes.

WORK STATUS & LOCATION

This full-time, non-exempt position is located in Stockton, CA.

RELOCATION

Relocation is not available for this position.

PAY

$21.91 - $31.39 / hour

This job operates in a professional office environment where standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers/scanners, etc. are frequently used.
