About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create visually compelling graphics that support marketing initiatives across digital and print channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring our brand vision to life through engaging creative assets.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong passion for design and fashion.
What You'll Do
- Create visually appealing and impactful graphics for various projects, including marketing assets for site, email, social, store visuals, and print.
- Execute a high volume of email designs and promotional graphics.
- Conceptualize and execute creative assets that align with the company's brand and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure alignment of messaging and branding.
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Experience in creating graphics across marketing channels, especially email and site.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- An exceptional eye for detail and an innate understanding of design principles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and capabilities.
- Experience in utilizing AI in graphic production or photo retouching a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field is required. Internship or 1-2 years of work experience required.
- Internship, work experience, or demonstrated strong interest in fashion is required.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Hybrid schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday in Walnut Creek, CA
- Primarily desk and computer-based work
- Occasional lifting or moving materials up to 20 pounds
