The Product Management Associate Director, Market Strategy– Compliance Analytics role fills a key spot within the Lending Systems division of Wolters Kluwer Compliance Solutions.  This individual will contribute to accelerating growth and developing new strategies to further Wolters Kluwer’s Wiz suite of products (Fair Lending, CRA, CD, Performance Analytics, HMDA, Small Biz) as well as those products that fall within OneSumX (related to financial and corporate crimes).

  • Customer and Internal Stakeholder Interaction: Pair with Product Management to ensure customer success at all points.  Interact with customers to understand their needs, preferences, pain points and opportunities for solutions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products or features.
  • Product Strategy/Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales) to design, develop, and launch products. Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company’s long-term goals and market trends through strong well, executed business cases. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and market opportunities to inform product strategy.
  • Product Roadmap: Influence product roadmaps, detailing the vision, goals, and timelines for product development.
  • Performance Monitoring: Responsible for the Product Pipeline ensuring healthy growth.

Required Job Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with exposure to banking regulatory compliance with a minimum of 10 years of experience (leadership experience is a plus).

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for tracking towards revenue and sales goals of Compliance Analytics related products.
  • Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and measure success, including revenue, customer acquisition, customer retention, and market share.
  • Effectively communicate the market strategy, roadmap, and performance to Executive Management and key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Create a highly productive working relationship with cross functional teams including marketing, sales, partnerships, product management, product engineering, delivery and support, and finance to ensure alignment and execution of market strategy activities to support segment financial success.
  • Acts as a product growth champion, ensuring that Compliance Analytics product strategies align with customer and sales needs, and that a steady stream of product enhancements, new products and go-to-market tools to drive new sales and/or retain and grow existing revenue are delivered. 
  • Develop business cases built on a solid market understanding and data-driven revenue projections.
  • Adopt New Product Innovation approach and Lean Product Cycle to ensure customer-centric product innovation and delivery.
  • Prioritize product developments based on customer needs, business goals, and market potential.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and/or potential acquisition targets that strengthen and expand existing available market
  • Translate key product value propositions and match to the appropriate target segments / personas as an input into sales and marketing collateral and enabling sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate as needed with other CS segments to ensure product and GTM strategies are aligned including the ability to use various product management tools (i.e., ProductPlan).
  • Supports VP & Segment Leader and other leaders as assigned. 

Thought Leadership:

  • Participate and provide content for the annual CRA & Fair Lending Colloquium.
  • Represent WKFS and participate in presentations at seminars and industry conferences as well as draft articles, white papers, etc. for internal and external consumption.

Compensation:

$146,900.00 - $262,400.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
