At Our Place, we believe in the power of home-cooking to bring people together. We design thoughtful, beautiful products that make cooking and sharing meals easier and more joyful—and we are building a brand that earns a meaningful place in customers’ homes over time.

We're looking for an Associate Director of Influencer Marketing to lead and scale our creator partnerships across channels. You'll own strategy, execution, and measurement — building a program that drives real brand love and measurable revenue. This role sits at the intersection of culture, content, and commerce, and reports directly to the VP of Brand Marketing.

In this role, you’ll lead the vision for Influencer marketing at Our Place.   If you’re a fierce negotiator, a strategic thinker who loves being creative and thoughtfully organized without being over-processed— we’d love to hear from you!

We believe some of the best ideas happen when we’re together! Right now, teams come into our beautiful new West LA headquarters on Tuesdays and Thursdays to collaborate and connect. In the future, we may ask teams to come in more often — because some things are just better in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited about being part of an in-person, collaborative culture and is comfortable with the flexibility that comes with a growing, hybrid workplace

What you’d do at Our Place

  • Steward influencer strategy from tier mix (nano through macro) and category focus to seasonal programming and always-on activations.

  • Source, negotiate, and manage partnerships including identifying talent, leading contract negotiations, and cultivating long-term creator relationships that extend beyond transactional campaigns.

  • Drive performance and accountability:  define KPIs, own reporting, and optimize in real time. Connect influencer activity to downstream outcomes including traffic, conversion, and revenue.

  • Partner with the paid social team to whitelist high-performing creator content and maximize reach through boosting and dark posting.

  • Architect Influencer tech stack (e.g. ShopMy) and establish scalable processes for outreach, briefing, and review.

  • Collaborate with Creative Strategist and Channel Managers to execute a best in class persona marketing program

Who you are

  • 6+ years in influencer marketing, ideally with 2+ years in-house at a DTC or consumer brand

  • Proven track record of tying creator programs to measurable business outcomes

  • Comfortable leading contract discussions and managing high-value talent

  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with attribution models, EMV, CPE, and performance dashboards

  • Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members

What we offer at Our Place

  • Competitive pay and real-deal equity — we want you to have a slice of what we’re building together
  • A chance to share in our wins — all full-time team members are eligible for our discretionary annual bonus plan

  • Benefits that actually benefit — top-tier medical, dental, and vision to keep you feeling your best

  • Plenty of time off — generous PTO, and synchronized time off (we all log off together so you can actually rest)

  • We invest in you — $500 a year for learning & development, plus an optional 401k plan so future you is covered

  • All the kitchen treats — team member discount, an annual our place gift card, and of course, lots of our place goodies for your home

  • A workspace worth leaving your house for — a beautiful office with a creative studio, multiple kitchens, and plenty of room for big ideas

  • Tuesday lunches — catered meals so you can catch up with your teammates over something delicious

  • A culture of connection — team events, activities, and an annual company retreat because we like hanging out together

  • A team full of kind, thoughtful humans who actually care — because the people make this place

This range reflects the good-faith estimate of compensation Our Place reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
