About the Role 

Lead Ingram Micro's global partner AI enablement program, helping partners assess, learn, certify, and monetize AI solutions. You will build the curriculum, certification framework, readiness model, and operating plan that scales AI capability across partners, countries, and business units. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and scale Ingram Micro’s global AI partner enablement and certification program. 
  • Design readiness assessments, certification paths, and partner learning journeys. 
  • Develop AI curriculum and training tracks with engineering teams, hyperscalers, and technology partners. 
  • Launch and manage certification cohorts across multiple countries and regions. 
  • Drive partner adoption, readiness progression, and revenue outcomes through enablement programs. 
  • Manage vendor-funded enablement initiatives and demonstrate measurable business impact. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams and establish program governance, standards, and reporting. 

Requirements 

  • 10+ years in software, cloud, or technology, including 5+ years in partner enablement, education, training, certification, or program leadership roles. 
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 
  • Experience building and scaling partner, learning, certification, or enablement programs. 
  • Strong understanding of cloud, AI, hyperscaler, or software partner ecosystems. 
  • Experience managing vendor-funded programs and measuring business outcomes. 
  • Strong executive communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred 

  • Experience with Microsoft, AWS, AI vendors, MSPs, distributors, or partner ecosystems. 
  • Knowledge of instructional design, certification programs, and partner readiness frameworks. 
  • Experience launching global programs across multiple countries and regions. 

AI Fluency 

  • Active daily user of AI tools and agentic technologies. 
  • Ability to discuss AI architectures, use cases, and business outcomes with technical and business audiences. 
  • Microsoft AI-900 or AWS AI Practitioner certification expected within 90 days if not already held.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $158,900.00 - $270,100.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
