What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary product owner for systems architecture, partnering with Ecommerce, Customer Experience, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and external vendors to maintain system health and drive enhancements.
- Own the end-to-end order management ecosystem, including Shopify, Celigo, NetSuite, 3PLs, and related operational platforms, ensuring reliable and scalable integrations.
- Develop the long-term roadmap, identifying opportunities and new vendors to improve the customer’s order experience and operational performance.
- Develop and maintain a living document of all system integrations and policies, documenting data flows and dependencies with clear escalation paths.
- Create exception-handling workflows for stuck, failed, or delayed orders. Create automated alerts, reporting and ownership with xfunctional teams
- Ability to connect ecommerce business goals (conversion, retention, growth) to architectural and technical decisions.
- Lead cross-functional management of order and inventory flows, ensuring seamless
processing throughout the order cycle (checkout, fulfillment, delivery, returns/exchanges). - Own the day-to-day monitoring of order statuses, troubleshoot complex integration and fulfillment issues, and coordinate timely resolution across internal teams and external partners; establish reporting and escalation processes to identify and mitigate risks.
- Architect order sync concurrencies/timelines and inventory synchronization for peak demand periods
- Lead systems planning and operational readiness for new market and fulfillment location expansion, including transit testing, order routing, warehouse onboarding, and NetSuite configuration.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to implement pricing, tax configurations, inventory strategies, and market-specific operational requirements.
- Ensure new fulfillment locations and business processes are integrated seamlessly into the existing technology ecosystem.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and bring a point of view on where and how to apply them within the team
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, business administration or other related field.
6-8+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, business systems, enterprise applications, or systems integration.
3-5+ years leading cross-functional teams or enterprise business systems initiatives.
Deep expertise with Shopify, ERPs (Netsuite preferred), middleware platforms (Celigo Integrator.io preferred), and third-party warehouse/3PL integrations.
Experience supporting a large direct-to-consumer (DTC) business and operations.
Strong understanding of order management, inventory management, fulfillment, warehouse operations, and ERP workflows.
Project management experience leading enterprise technology implementations.
Familiarity with AI tools and a point of view on how they can improve team efficiency
Strong communicator who leads with clarity and keeps stakeholders informed proactively

- In Office Expectation: willing to work 3+ days in office each week
- Budgeted salary range: $130K-$160K
