About the Role:

The Regional Training Lead plays a critical role in delivering a consistent, high-quality onboarding and training experience for our Falcon Complete MDR security team within their assigned region. This mid-level role is responsible for managing regional training coordinators and team trainers, providing direct oversight of onboarding progression, ensuring timely training completion, and serving as the primary point of contact for all regional training needs.

Leveraging your knowledge of cybersecurity and managed services, you will work closely with Training & Onboarding (T&O) leadership and Curriculum Developers to maintain global alignment while tailoring training approaches to meet regional nuances. This includes providing follow-the-sun coverage for training platforms, supporting system administration within the region, and ensuring employees have real-time access to help and guidance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, globally distributed environments, is highly organized, and is passionate about elevating employee readiness and performance. You’ll balance people leadership, operational ownership, and hands-on training support — all while strengthening the global Falcon Complete training ecosystem.

About the Team

The Training & Onboarding team is dedicated to designing, delivering, and scaling world-class learning experiences for Falcon Complete security analysts across the globe. We are a small, collaborative, and mission-focused team that partners closely with regional leadership, onboarding leads, Curriculum Developers, Service Assurance, and cross-functional stakeholders.

We work in a distributed, remote-first environment where trust, ownership, and communication are essential. As the regional extension of this global team, you will serve as the on-the-ground expert who ensures training consistency, regional visibility, and timely execution of onboarding and learning initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage regional training coordinators and team trainers, ensuring alignment to Training & Onboarding processes, SOPs, and expectations.

  • Oversee onboarding and training for all new hires in your region, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience and timely progression through required learning paths.

  • Support the ongoing maintenance and evolution of training content by updating materials as processes change, tracking content health, and ensuring onboarding reflects current tools, workflows, and best practices.

  • Provide real-time training and system support within the region, contributing to a follow-the-sun model for key platforms that Training and Onboarding use.

  • Partner with Curriculum Developers to support the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training content, including contributing regional insights, assisting with content development, and ensuring materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned to operational needs.

  • Monitor training data and metrics to identify knowledge gaps, regional trends, or performance challenges — and propose solutions or targeted interventions.

  • Support intake and prioritization of regional training needs, ensuring alignment with the broader training strategy and organizational roadmap.

  • Maintain close communication with regional leaders, onboarding leads, and cross-functional partners to ensure visibility into progress, challenges, and upcoming initiatives.

  • Ensure consistent adoption of T&O-owned onboarding standards and content within your region, while tailoring the delivery and operational execution to accommodate regional workflows and schedules.

  • Maintain documentation, JIRA tickets, and training records to support operational transparency and continuous improvement.

  • Deliver hands-on training or support facilitation on an as-needed basis.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in training, enablement, onboarding, or related operational roles in or adjacent to the cybersecurity industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage people and drive accountability across distributed teams.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track training progression, monitor metrics, and identify areas of improvement.

  • Experience analyzing data to uncover deficiencies, trends, or readiness gaps — and articulating proposed solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones and global teams.

  • Working knowledge of learning management systems such as Docebo (or equivalent LMS platform).

  • Experience working with Jira or similar project/workflow management tools.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.

  • Passion for improving employee onboarding, training experiences, and knowledge development.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience creating or editing training content (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, or similar authoring tools).

  • Prior experience delivering technical or cybersecurity-related training.

  • Experience supporting global teams or working in a follow-the-sun operational model.

  • Background in curriculum design, instructional design, or enablement strategy.

Work Arrangement:

Remote-first. Preferred candidates would reside within the region for which they are applying but this is not required. However note that relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
