Only candidates in the New York will be considered due to required weekly onsite collaboration in our office.

We’re searching for an Associate Creative Director (Art Director) to join our team for a national quick service restaurant chain. You’ll be partnered with and ACD, Copywriter to straddle the line of manager and doer — both overseeing team to push the daily paid and organic social work, but also concepting and creating larger earned-first campaigns.

‘Of the internet’ thinking:

We’re looking for talent that has deep experience with people and how they behave on the internet. You’ll need to connect our brands to culture and have a strong track record of consistency with groundbreaking campaigns.

Things we’re looking for in candidates:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Examples of earned-first, conceptual thinking. You need to love the internet and creating in that space. 
  • We move at speed, we make lots of work, we need clear-eyed leaders. You need to love mentoring junior talent, you need to have the experience navigating interagency relationships, and you need to love building relationships with our clients.
  • We need buttoned-up creatives that believe in total accountability
  • Only candidates in the New York will be considered due to weekly onsite collaboration in our office

Things this job is NOT:

  • A social post factory.
  • Limited. We work whatever format makes sense for the project.

Additional Information:

The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
