Role Overview:

Could you be our next Associate Claims Manager? Globe Life is looking for an Associate Claims Manager to join the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for "front-end" claim tasks designed to initiate workflow processes and interact with customers on first contact issues.

This is a remote / work-from-home position.

What You Will Do:

• Receive, organize, and accurately index newly reported claims via RightFax and paper mail, including preparation for scanning.
• Initiate, document, and report results of all First Occurrence phone calls to customers and leadership on a weekly basis.
• Request and provide assistance in obtaining additional information needed from members and providers to process claims.
• Complete check pull report each morning.
• Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards while concurrently navigating multiple databases, software programs, and online tools.
• Actively attend and participate in departmental meetings, trainings, coaching sessions, and all mandatory compliance training.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Can Bring:

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to compile and review information to make sound decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written, verbal, and typing abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and other basic computer programs.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
