Supports analytics teams by creating reports and dashboards, conducting data extraction, cleaning, validation, and basic analysis. Documents queries and business requirements, translates business needs into specifications, supports projects under guidance, and communicates findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders. The role also develops foundational skills in data storytelling, governed cloud data platforms, metric validation, and workload organization.

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to welcome new policyholders, verify policy information, collect initial premiums, explain benefits, and warm internet-generated leads for the sales team. The role also handles paperwork, correspondence, policy-service corrections, customer activity records, and special outbound campaigns. Success requires strong phone and customer-service skills, accurate CRM and payment handling, confidentiality, organization, mathematical ability, and calm decision-making in a remote environment.

Handle calls and emails from agency offices, accounts, and policyholders. Explain billing statements, assist users with the online billing system, research account issues, resolve complex billing questions, and support business owners and bookkeepers with invoices. Provide timely, high-quality customer service, manage stressful interactions, participate in phone rotation, and work independently in a remote environment.

Calculates, adjusts, audits, and processes sales commissions for agents. Maintains commission databases and records, investigates payout disputes, reconciles discrepancies, answers commission and 1099 questions, supports recurring commission processes, and recommends process improvements while ensuring accurate and timely payments.

Deliver and implement Liberty National training systems across field agencies, schedule and conduct webinars/meetings, create training materials, mentor field supervisors/directors, monitor field performance, manage travel and expenses, and complete weekly field reports to drive adoption and efficiency.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) phone and email support to policyholders and agents: answer/return calls, resolve complaints, process requests, scan/index documents to OnBase, mail outgoing correspondence, monitor fraud trends, assist investigations, complete assigned projects, and participate in ongoing product/process training.

Handle inbound cancellation calls and outbound lapse-recovery contacts to retain life insurance policyholders. Assess situations, recommend solutions, document interactions, maintain product knowledge, adapt communication bilingually (English/Spanish), and meet call center KPIs for retention, quality, and attendance in a remote environment.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to current policyholders to explain and add additional life, accident, and health coverage; use the eService web system to assess eligibility, complete paperwork, correct errors, and assist with correspondence while maintaining confidentiality and strong customer service.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to sell Globe Life insurance products, close new accounts, provide consultative support to match products to customer needs, and generate revenue while meeting attendance and scheduling requirements for remote work.
