The Associate Attorney will manage and litigate a variety of complex matters while owning case strategy, client advocacy, and litigation execution from inception through resolution.

Litigation & Case Strategy
• Manage and litigate high-value civil cases
• Develop and execute litigation strategy
• Handle matters from intake through settlement or trial
Courtroom & Litigation Practice• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court for hearings and proceedings
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
Case Management & Leadership• Lead and coordinate support staff and case workflow
• Manage deadlines, filings, and litigation strategy execution
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and legal teams
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
• Active California Bar license
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Strong courtroom, deposition, and negotiation skills
• Ability to independently manage active caseloads
